By accessing our website at mehrbanoocatering.com and using the services of MehrBanoo Catering ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
MehrBanoo Catering provides Persian fusion catering services for events including weddings, corporate gatherings, private dinners, and special occasions in the San Francisco Bay Area. We also offer Love Bites dessert boxes available for pre-order.
All services are subject to availability. Submitting a consultation request or pre-order form does not guarantee a booking. A booking is confirmed only after mutual agreement on menu, pricing, and a signed catering agreement.
Consultation requests submitted through our website are inquiries only and do not constitute a binding contract. We will respond to consultation requests within 24-48 hours to discuss your event needs. There is no obligation on either party until a formal catering agreement is signed.
Pre-orders submitted through our Love Bites page are requests to purchase, not confirmed orders. No payment is collected at the time of submission. We will contact you to confirm availability, pricing, and payment details. An order is confirmed only after we provide confirmation and payment is received.
All pricing is provided on a custom basis following a consultation. Prices quoted are valid for 30 days from the date of the proposal unless otherwise stated. Payment terms, including deposits and final payment schedules, will be outlined in your individual catering agreement.
Cancellation and refund policies vary depending on the type and size of the event. Specific cancellation terms will be included in your catering agreement. In general:
We understand that circumstances change and will work with you on a case-by-case basis whenever possible.
While we make every effort to accommodate dietary restrictions and allergies, our kitchen handles a wide variety of ingredients including nuts, dairy, gluten, and shellfish. We cannot guarantee that any item is completely free of allergens. It is the client’s responsibility to inform us of any allergies or dietary needs, and to communicate these to their guests.
